House is listed
The house is finally on the market now, with the price of $319,900. It’s been a fun 4 years, lots of interesting memories, but I guess that aspect of my life is over now.
I was surprised at how much the commission was! :-O It was surprisingly high! No wonder there are so many Realtors around. She said the market is pretty good, so hopefully I’ll be able to sell it at a good price soon.
