You make a great point the labor intensiveness of things here. The reason we get away with it is because we’re pretty comfortable with foreign labor. I get the feeling that if the US had looser immigration laws, they’d be in exactly the same situation =)

White coffee is actually a type of coffee from the city where my parents are from. Try the tea there.. spelled teh… its also v. good!

and if you haven’t had a chance… try some laksa too.
